ASSESSMENT CENTRE SERVICES
An Aaron Wallis Assessment Centre is tailored to your business and designed to tease out the competencies required to succeed in your sales team. Dependent on your requirements our BPS Level ‘B’ staff will design a half day, or full day that will typically involve:
- Role-plays,
- Presentations,
- Psychometric assessment
- Skills testing and Ability Testing
- Aptitude testing
- Group exercises
The Assessment Centres can either take place on your premises or at no additional cost in our boardroom facilities in York, Cheltenham and Milton Keynes.
The Aaron Wallis Assessment Centre service provides excellent value for money should you be looking to hire two or more graduates for your sales team. Typically fees are around £2500+VAT per placement and your investment in graduate staff is backed by the Aaron Wallis 12 month rebate scheme.
RESULTS BASED RECRUITMENT
This complex service works closely with your graduate employees during the first year of their employment and is a combination of recruitment, sales training, mentoring and remote coaching on a continual basis. The backbone principles behind this service is that ‘Purpose drives attitude which in turn drives performance’ and is aimed at increasing the likelihood of the success and performance of your sales recruits.

By developing a success attitude model with each employee and training common sales techniques the graduates are now ready for product and specific sales training.
Then inline with your requirements your graduate recruits will embark on further training at the end of month 3, month 6 and month 9 and will have continuous email and phone coaching with our training staff. A fundamental part of the training is checking against goals set at previous sessions and re-aligning attitudes where necessary.
