Customer Services Executive and Student Advisor, Training Services, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. Temp role. £8 per hour. Major provider of training and e-learning solutions are seeking a Customer Services Executive for a 6 week project based from their HQ in Milton Keynes. The role is part of a team that provides customer service and support for student enquiries in relation to government funded training courses. This role DOES NOT involve cold calling!!
This is a consultative customer services role based from the Milton Keynes office where you will be introducing new training courses into existing clients. This is a great opportunity to work for a genuine world leader that is cash-rich and stable.
To succeed in this customer services role you will be of graduate calibre and have 6 months of customer services experience, perhaps in a business-to-consumer environment. There is every possibility that this role will become permanent in the New Year.
