Sales Training and Development

Sales Trainer - Africa, Distribution. £35,000 Basic + Company Car + Housing + performance related bonus + complete expenses package, this package equates to in excess of £70,000.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a significant company within the construction sector. This role can truly be classed as an 'expedition' and as such will see you travelling extensively through Africa. Our client is a key distributor for two major manufacturers and they are seizing opportunities with the current increase of investment into the territory.

This role will be covering several key Distributors who are currently managed by an effective sales process. Your role will be to further implement the training and continue development of Sales Managers and Senior Sales Executives. Relationships are stable with the teams and the existing process is effective. Within this role you will be expected to monitor, develop and report on each team. Re-location to further teams, normally within a 6 month period will be part of the role and will require you to be very mobile. With this role you will be working with pro-active teams but it will demand an individual who can work alone and create a 'social' life wherever they go.

Previous experience of sales training is essential however a knowledge of the construction industry is not. What is important with this role is the ability to communicate and to have the ambition to be a professional wherever you go. You will be based in Africa for around 2 years.
