This recruitment role is a combination of both account management and new business sales development and is ideal for a successful recruiter with a proven track record. You will be rewarded with a basic salary circa £35,000 + OTE £70k plus (uncapped) + benefits.
The role is Manchester based with occasional face-to-face client visits and is highly solution oriented; generating wins and closing deals through detailed understanding of customer's recruitment requirements.
To succeed you will be a positive-minded team player with experience in temporary/contract and/or senior level permanent recruitment. You will be bright, articulate, sales led, customer service oriented and be well presented with a natural new business oriented style. You will have a proactive 'can do' sales approach to new business development and enjoy working within a target driven and KPI driven environment.
