Graduates 'can make a big difference'
Graduates can excel in sales jobs and help companies to escape the effects of the economic downturn, according to one expert.
Dan Hawes, co-founder of the Graduate Recruitment Bureau, said that the media is placing too much of a focus on the supposed "doom and gloom" facing jobseekers, when there are actually plenty of sales jobs opportunities available.
His comments come after the Liberal Democrats published figures claiming there has been an increase in the number of graduates who are currently unemployed.
"Graduates have qualifications and they are ready to make a difference to the company. This generation are very ambitious, they seek early responsibility and they want to get involved in the company," Mr Hawes explained.
The expert added that there are still plenty of sales jobs out there and advised companies not to overlook graduates who could potentially contribute significantly to their organisation.
Aaron Wallis is a specialist marketing and sales recruitment agency that offers graduate sales jobs across a wide range of industry sectors. For employers, Aaron Wallis offers a unique graduate recruitment service that is backed by a 12 month rebate period.
